Installation failed or the transfer broke off?
Faces are installed through AstroBox - Mi Fitness is not involved at any point. First confirm in AstroBox that the device still shows as connected, keep your phone and watch within Bluetooth range, then import the .bin file again. If it still fails, restart AstroBox and retry.
How does AstroBox connect to my device?
AstroBox runs on Windows, macOS, iOS/Android and the browser. After signing in with the Xiaomi account tied to your watch, it can sync bound devices in one click; to connect manually, obtain the device Authkey inside AstroBox and authorise with it. All data stays on your device - sign-in credentials never pass through AstroBox servers.
Does the AOD drain the battery?
Every seegood design face is tuned for OLED/AMOLED panels. In AOD only 5-10% of the area lights up as hairlines, avoiding large lit regions and keeping battery life strong.
Which devices are supported?
All faces currently support Redmi Watch 6 and Redmi Watch 5. Screen resolutions and system APIs differ across devices, so always check the device list on each face page for the latest compatibility.
How do I get updates for premium faces?
Every premium face is a one-time purchase. Compatibility fixes and refinements are always free - just come back and re-download the latest .bin file, then install it over the old one with AstroBox.
